Hello there!

I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor offering services in Tsawwassen and online. My approach is warm, compassionate, and client-centered, tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, self-harm, addiction, low self-esteem, or navigating a crisis, I am here to help.

I draw from a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing®, Family Systems Theory, Inner Child and Self-Compassion Work, and Breathwork, to create a personalized approach for each client. Together, we'll explore the techniques that resonate most with you in a safe and supportive space. It’s an honor to work with you, and I look forward to connecting soon.
