My approach centers on Somatic Experiencing®, a gentle, body-based therapy that helps regulate the nervous system, release stored trauma, and restore a sense of safety, calm, and resilience in your body and mind.
Alongside Somatic Experiencing, I integrate evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, and Self-Compassion practices rooted in both clinical research and Buddhist psychology. Together, we’ll gently explore the roots of chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, and low self-worth—at your pace—to support genuine healing and lasting change.
