I offer trauma-informed counselling for adults and teens who want to feel more grounded, connected, and at ease in their bodies. Sessions are available in-person in Tsawwassen and virtually for clients across Vancouver and throughout British Columbia. My work draws from Somatic Experiencing, CBT, IFS, Self-Compassion, and the mindfulness teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and John Makransky.
